What you have here is a beautiful, imaculate, 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse GST. It has never been winter driven and lived a portion of its life parked in a garage. The car was purchased in Seatle and imported to Canada in 2006. It has, and will contiue to, pass all federal and provincial vehicle inspections. The car is in mint condition. The interior is in amazing shape. Now let's talk aout the car itself.
This is a second generation Eclipse. Not available in Canada. This particular car model is a 4 cylinder, factory TURBO charged model, with a 5spd, manual, transmission. The power is delivered to the front wheels only. If you are looking for AWD, look for the GSX model. The design of the Eclipse is a 2 door coupe, 2+2 seating (meaning front and rear buckets), with a rear hatch (the whole rear window lifts). Lets talk more about this specific car.
The car currently has 82xxx miles on it (1.6 km per mile). It starts everyday, runs great, doesn't burn oil and has full compression in all 4 cylinders. The car has been regularily maintained by myself and a certified shop when I get confused. Let's talk about the goodies this beast has.

Tanabe sustec pro II coil over suspension, with 4 way front and 8 way rear adjustability. ( adjustable ride height with coilovers)
After market steering box with a modified leverage ratio for stiffer,more precise steering.
NGK plugs and wires
Dyno sheets proving that the car can get 225 Hp 260ft/lbs of torque on premium pump gas

I think the car is worth 13000. The value in all the extras is of course ridiculously high. But I feel that 13000 is a fair starting point. You would be the 4th owner of this car. First owner was a teacher, second was a car restoration fanatic who put a lot of time, energy and money into the car, third was me who loved it and made it a reliable, fast car. You can be NUMBER 4!!
